1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition
-
With all original tags attached
3. Packaging Requirements
Returns must include:

The original YOSR box or bag
-
Welcome cards and any additional packaging items exactly as received
4. Size Exchange Process
If you’d like to change the size:

Place a new order for your preferred size.

Share the new order number with our customer service.

The courier will complete the swap within 2–3 working days.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected.

Returns may be declined if the item is not in a resalable condition or if packaging elements are missing.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
