Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your YOSR pieces. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all original tags attached

3. Packaging Requirements

Returns must include:

  • The original YOSR box or bag

  • Welcome cards and any additional packaging items exactly as received

4. Size Exchange Process

If you’d like to change the size:

  • Place a new order for your preferred size.

  • Share the new order number with our customer service.

  • The courier will complete the swap within 2–3 working days.

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected.

  • Returns may be declined if the item is not in a resalable condition or if packaging elements are missing.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
